The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

As part of the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid is the largest provider of student financial aid in the nation. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid offers students free assistance in determining the amount of financial aid they can receive from the federal government. This form is required if a student wishes to be considered for any government sponsorship or loans. Please review our FAFSA Tips for tips on completing the FAFSA correctly. Be sure to hold onto your pin after submitting the FAFSA, as it must be resubmitted annually.
